Inspired by Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest”, and our beeswax-coconut candle by the same name, this blend has been reformulated to ease perimenopausal symptoms —  a season of hormonal change when sleep can feel elusive and the mind slow to settle.

    Rest unfolds in soft layers: calming lavender and clary sage settle the nervous system, geranium and ylang ylang bring emotional balance, and a whisper of eucalyptus and peppermint clears the air and invites deeper breathing — a gentle reminder to inhale, exhale, and release what no longer needs to be carried. Sweet orange lifts the spirit, while sandalwood and frankincense anchor the blend with warmth, depth, and quiet reverence.

    Housed in a 100ml amber glass bottle, Rest is ideal for bedrooms, living spaces, meditation corners, or as a pillow mist to create an atmosphere of surrender and restoration — a reminder that rest is not earned, but received.

    Warning: Spray away from open flames, sparks, or heat. Avoid contact with eyes, and use only when pets are not in the room. For external use in well-ventilated areas.
